Skins
Each hole is worth one skin. Win it outright or it carries over.

How to play
- •Decide the value of each skin before teeing off — or play for bragging rights with no money involved.
- •Play each hole normally. The player with the lowest score on a hole wins the skin.
- •If two or more players tie for the lowest score, no one wins that skin — it carries over and adds to the next hole.
- •Carryovers can stack across multiple holes, creating high-value pot holes.
- •At the end of 18, count each player's skins. The player with the most wins.
Example — hole 4
Holes 2 and 3 both tied, so hole 4 is worth 3 skins. Tom makes a birdie, everyone else makes par. Tom wins all 3 skins outright.
Setup — before you tee off
- 1Enter each player's name (2–8 players).
- 2Choose whether to use handicaps. If yes, enter each player's handicap index — the app applies strokes automatically.
- 3Set a skin value (e.g. $1 per skin) or leave blank to play for fun.
- 4Start round. Enter each player's score hole by hole — the app handles the rest.
Pro tip
Skins gets more exciting as carryovers build. Don't be surprised if hole 17 is worth 6 skins — it happens.
Variations
Money skins
Each skin has a fixed cash value. Total payout = skins won × value. Players settle up after the round.
No carryover
Tied holes are simply voided — no skin awarded, no carryover. Speeds things up in larger groups.
Team skins
Play in two-person teams. Best ball from each team competes for the skin each hole.
